Everything was well-maintained at the hotel, we would definitely come back. Thank you very much for a fairly nice stay for visit in Udine and a short stay. The breakfast is incredibly nice, the location is comfortable to old centre.

The staff here was really great - they were so helpful and quick to fix any problems I had. 🌟 Loved how my room had a king-size bed and good WiFi. the breakfast was top-notch and included in the stay.

The staff were exceptional. They were genuinely interested in my personal circumstances for being in Friuli, and bent over backwards when I had any requests eg keeping updated on the Icelandic ash cloud situation. They behaved as a warm, small family run business.

The family queen room comes with WiFi connection; the location is ideal, close to the train station, old city center, and railway and bus stations.

Convenient location, handy to transport, restaurants, cafes etc. Walking distant historic centre (castle). Staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was fine.

I reserved a comfortable room with air conditioning, a safe box, a minibar, and central heating, all conveniently located near the city center.

The bathroom ventilator was doing big noise when working. The phonic isolation isn't great ( there was a lady next room, she was speaking on phone, we heard her like she was in our room).

Conveniently located close to the train station, Hotel Cristallo provided me with a functional bathroom and a decent-sized room. The staff was super friendly and accommodating, and they even helped me split the bill into separate ones for business and private purposes. The breakfast offered a limited but satisfactory selection of breads, spreads, cereals, yogurt, cheese. The price was definitely worth it, especially for a conference stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

Only few minutes walk from city center, train and bus stations. Breakfast was good and with enough choice. English speaking, friendly staff.

Hotel looks a bit old fashioned in its '70s style. It's cheaper than other hotels in town but still quite expensive for its level
